The best thing you can do here is to link your recent posts with previous posts of your blog inside the blog post.

I think you’re always going to get scrapers and the like. I prefer not to waste my time and energy chasing them. I’ve just started using a similar plug-in on one of my blogs and I’m really happy with it. I use it to send private messages to my RSS subscribers and it has the added benefit of giving a link back if scrapers decide to copy my content.

My blog is not popular enough “yet” to use the Plug-in but it is worth checking into and have in my toolbox for later. On the plus side it
must be a morale-booster for you where someone takes your post to better
their blog. Still amazed where you come up with all this information in your posts!

Inform the hosting provider that the blogger is violating your IP rights with proof.

Also what you can do is to have lisence information attached with each of your posts. So any one that copy your content must follow your rules. You don’t have to go for legal actions if some one break the rules. If you just contact their host with evidence, most of the times you can get that site off the web.
