I agree with the concept but I don’t think I agree with using this kinda software.
For a full time niche blogger this kinda tools may help him/her!
Lets say there’s a part time blogger who has a day job and who wants some traffic , with this software he doesn’t have to be browsing all day , soon as the blogger he’s following does a post he can quickly go to that blog and comment.
I like doing things naturally,it okay for people that want it but
I don’t support softwares that manipulate comments and stuff like that.

The tool doesn’t manipulates the comments, but just notifies you instantly your favorite blogger puts up a post so you can be the first to comment.This can be a good source of traffic and a good way to build your authority.
