Adsense ads are shown over thousands of websites around the world , average internet users have seeing them countless times and totally blind towards those contextual ads. For people to click on them first they need to notice then and that's where background images comes into play. Basically what they do is blend your ads into an unique design so they will stand out making the visitors take notice. If you are using Adsense for a while and not seeing any results from them this could be the thing that can increase your click through rate and the earnings. However these backgrounds are not free but they are a good bargain for a 5$. Also the creators are promising an upgrade of more unique backgrounds and they are available to you free of charge. You can read more about it and see few more sample images of what you are getting in Dot Com Mogul.
Google Will Ban Me ?
Will this lead to you getting banned from the Adsense program ? If you are not making any money this really doesn't matter but if you are making some money and reluctant to add the background images then you really don't have to worry. Big G says its alright to use background images ,the only limitation of using images is that you mustn't fool the user into thinking that they are actually going to buy the product shown in the image when they click the ad. So its safe to say background images don't fall into this category since there is no deception done here.
Conclusion
I bought the package and there are around 300 backgrounds in different formats and the code to add the background images in to your theme is also provided. If you are having some trouble DotComMogul is always there to help you out and judging by the comments he's doing a good job of it. If you are the lazy type who don't read before buying not all the images shown in the product page are available through the package. Some are custom made and you can get one made yourself for around 10$.

Nishadha,
This is a new concept for me despite the fact that I’ve been serving adsense for some time now. let me test this in other blogs that I own and maybe I can tell you the performance after a month or two. Thanks for commenting in my blog.
If my memory serves me right, I remember there is one similar service like this one (I couldn’t remember the name exactly) which was soon taken off for violation of Google TOS.
I’m all for using background to replace the oh-so-dull Adsense default background. Dressing it up wouldn’t hurt that much, doesn’t it?
Thanks for the referral though.
Sounds like a nice idea. Will try it out in one of my blogs. Cheers.
