Simply put bounce rate is the percentage of single page visits. For example if 100 visitors visited your blog and 78 left your site without viewing any other page in your site your bounce rate is 78%. Because of there nature blogs tend to have a high bounce rate but from a simple tweak that can be done in less than two minutes you can reduce your bounce rate considerably. All you have to do is make your links look like links . Its a well known fact that most Internet users associate color blue and an underline with an link. All you have to do is open your style sheet and change the link color to blue and the text effect to underline and you will see a reduction in your bounce rate.
