Get Relevant Backlinks from Connect Content

Posted 1st January 2009 | 13 Comments

** Important - Connect Content no longer exists. It is now part of the keyword academy training program.

Getting back links with the relevant anchor texts is the best way to rank in search engines. It is even more beneficial if they are withing a relevant post instead of in a sponsored link category or in the side bar. Getting relevant anchor texts is a pretty hard task , even if you produce a good article most will link to your post with the anchor text like "this site" , "this article" etc which is not helpful in ranking in search engines. Connect Content help you solve that problem by connecting you to like minded bloggers and internet marketers who understand the value of anchor texts and who are willing to exchange links for the benefit of everyone withing the network.

How it works

Once you join the network you can view the different back links required by other with the relevant anchor text. So now when you are writing a post you can go through them and find a relevant article and link to that. Most of us link to other articles when writing a post but the difference here is you are guaranteed something in return when you link to an article withing the network. After publishing your post you can submit it to the system and you are given credit. Higher the page rank higher the credit. Then you use this credit to get relevant back links from other blogs. As long as your credit is positive your relevant anchor texts and articles will be visible to the other users which increases your chance of getting linked.

Cost and affiliate program

The fee is 12$ per month and considering how hard it is to find relevant back links this is a bargain. They have an affiliate program where they pay you 50% commission for lifetime as long as the users you referred are active. Get enough sign up under you and this could make a nice little residual income as well.

Join or not ?

I have using this service for a while and I have already seeing the results that can be achieved by getting back links with relevant anchor texts. If you are looking to build multiple niche websites and trying to rank for them in search engines or even if you have only one website and trying to rank for some competitive keywords then you should consider joining Connect Content.

    @Andre,
    it used to be a free service , but if your working on building niche websites or looking to get some search engine traffic for specific key words then this is a great deal. If you are looking to build your blog through social media etc then this might not be for you :)

  2. Agent 001 commented:

    Sounds like good service but too costly for me. It is easier for me to get good backlinks by other free methods. I will pass on.

    @Agent001,
    Free is always good , and if you are not running multiple niche blogs you want find the service that useful.

    I’ve been thinking of signing up for this service but since I’m not able to see what is actually inside I’m a bit concerned that there might not be other members in my niches and that I’ll have a hard time getting relevant backlinks for my sites.

    Would you care to tell me a little more about what is inside?

    Thanks,
    Mikael

    @Mikael,
    What are the niches you are looking for ? Your blog is in a language I don’t know but looks like its about making money and internet marketing. There are few websites that are related to that niche so you want have much trouble getting a links in that niche. Generally speaking there are many sits covering home improvement , work at home , real estate etc , if you mention your niche then its much easier.

    @Nishadha,

    I’m looking for things like: pets, infertility, hair loss, insurance and lots of other topics.

    @Mikael,
    I found many anchor requests for pets,hair loss and insurance. How many back links are given to them through the system is not visible , but since there are many requests covering your niches then I guess its fair to assume that you can find relevant back links for your sites. Speaking from my own experience it is usually easy to get back links concerning health. I’m not aware of how it is for insurance

    @Lawyers,
    Yes there are places where you can get back links for free , but its a bit hard to get back links with the correct anchor text from relevant websites. For example you want to get a back link about Law firms , Lawyers from a website related to Law , that is where a service like this would come in handy. :)

  11. Nishadha commented:

    Well there are many places and ways to get back links for free. Commenting on do follow blogs , commenting on do follow forums , submitting to social media sites that link back to you ( Digg ) , submitting to article directories ( Ezine )and many more :)
