It shows as 0 for in my tool bar and it has being 0 for a while. You do get penalized for selling links so it could be the reason in your blog. I don’t sell text links here but still got penalized. It hasn’t hurt my traffic though , so unless you are selling blog reviews or text links page rank penalty want hurt you much. Always good to have a good PR though
