Thanks , Glad you found it useful , when it comes to earning potential I think you have a much better chance with Hub pages than squidoo because they optimize ads better. E-bay widgets generally don't do that well for me.

I think this is a well thought out post. Squidoo can not only help you bring backlinks but also bring a decent amount of traffic, once you have mastered the art.

On the plus side- you can make money on Squidoo itself either through Squidoo's own adsense sharing mechanism or the affiliate sales such as amazon/ebay and other clickbank products.

Overall Squidoo is a very potent weapon to have in your Internet Marketing Armoury.

its always a good thing to remove spam lenses. limiting the number of out bound links might be a good idea or maybe they can implement a system like hubpages they limit the number of links to one domain. I suppose there is no correct way to fight spam , you just have to do what you believe is the correct thing

I am sure in coming days Squidoo will be more strong. As they are updating their policy and they want to remove all junk and spam lenses from their.

Main change is restricting the outbound links in a lens.

We would love to get the information about Hub pages from you as well.

It depends on the way you use Squidoo , I link to my blog as often as I can from my Squidoo lenses. Its alright to link to your affiliate links but since you can add content as you please you can surely add a link to your blog somewhere in that page.

Squidoo links may be nofollow, but what difference does it make. Most probably we are not linking it to our site but direct to our affiliate network advertiser site. So it doesn’t make any difference.
