After having held probably the most unsuccessful contest of all time where I had 0 participants,I have learned my lesson. I guess some of you have noticed the link shown in the top where you can win 500 Entrecards. I was just starting out with Entrecard so I thought that It was a cool deal at that time , but I guess not many are willing to do something for 500 Entrecards , since you can earn around 400-500 a day.There were many things that made this a failure so I thought I will share them with you in case you decide to held a contest.
- The first thing is I didn’t gave the contest much publicity, I just added a link in the sidebar and submitted it to Myblogcontest and hoped people will notice.Guess what , they didn’t.
- The contest was a bit too complex as well , with rules given on how the post should be written , In my eagerness to promote some key words I ruined my own contest
. - Of course the prize was pretty lame.With contest out there which gives you around 11,000$ in winnings 500 Entre card credits seems negligible.
Since I have learned my lesson ,I will soon be launching another contest with bigger prized including cash prizes payable via Pay pal and since I want more participation this time I thought it is best ask straight from the readers what sort of prizes they are looking for and what they value most. Below are some of the prizes I’m thinking giving, what more do you thing I should add ? Please be reasonable

A car? Ah that’s right you said “please be reasonable” But a car is reasonable don’t you think?
